Shipping policy

Every Grand Staff Co. item is made to order.

 

Items are made after the order is placed to avoid unnecessary inventory. Shipping rates and estimated timing are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Different product types may ship separately, and tracking is provided when available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, or handling fees depending on the destination and fulfillment origin. Unless collected at checkout, applicable import charges are the recipient’s responsibility. This does not affect taxes Grand Staff Co. is legally required to collect.
