What is Composer WordArt?
From a distance, each design reads as a composer portrait. Up close, the image reveals titles of the composer’s works arranged to form the portrait itself. We know these composers through the works they left us—and in Composer WordArt, those works quite literally shape the image we recognize.
What sizes are available for Art Prints?
Composer WordArt Art Prints are available in 12×16, 18×24, and 24×32 inches.
Is the frame included with Art Prints?
No. Frame not included. Any frames or display accessories shown in lifestyle images are for styling purposes only unless specifically stated otherwise.
Are Grand Staff Co. products made to order?
Yes. Grand Staff Co. products are made after your order is placed rather than held as large quantities of finished inventory. Because different product types may be produced separately, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in more than one package.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because each item is made to order, your delivery time includes both production and shipping. Available shipping options and estimated timing will be shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and tracking information will be emailed when it is available.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each Grand Staff Co. item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or variant selection, or ordering the wrong item, except where required by applicable law. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where eligible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because made-to-order products can move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will still be possible once an order has been placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders of C$100 or more to Canada and the United States.
How does the 10% welcome offer work?
New email subscribers receive 10% off their first order. The offer is limited to one use per customer and does not expire. It can be combined with our free-shipping offer, but not with another merchandise discount. Shipping and taxes are excluded from the discount.
